High clay, will pack. There is some aggregate in it-no guarantees for how much or how little. Will not grow grass.
Non-screened, whish means it is as the dozer pushes it up. It has debris in it like roots, rocks, and clods. Not a high percentage of those things, but it does have to be "worked".
